As you might know, I attended the FSF in Munich the last few years. Despite the fact that the FSF’18 is just right a the beginning of my finals at the university, I decided to go anyway. Not that I don’t value my studies – I know very well what privilege it is to study in Heiligenkreuz – but it is right at the beginning of the finals and on Sundays we don’t have any tests. And during my 4 hour trip to and from Munich I can learn some stuff without any distractions.
This years motto is Bourbon, but fear not, there will be Scotch and Irish Whisk(e)y as well. And food, Vodka, Gin, probably beer and so on. No need to skip this year just because you don’t like Bourbon. I already wrote some lines about the Finest Spirits Festival, but why not remind you again?
The venue is located at the MVG museum in Munich, Ständlerstraße 20. Your ticket to the venue will also be valid for the special bus service from the Station “Bahnhof Giesing” to the venue. How to get there or directly to the venue you can see on the website from the Munich transportation authority. The venue will be open on Friday, January 26th from 16.00 to 23.00, on Saturday, January 27th from 14.00 to 22.00 and on Sunday, January 28th from 13.00 to 19.00!
So if you’re interested in visiting, I’ll be there on Saturay and on Sunday for the beneficial masterclass at 13.00 held by the Whisky-Vicar himself. Till then, all the best and God bless.
